The corruption is staggering, and the fact that it's not being covered as such by the mainstream press is even more so. You hit the nail on the head when you wrote that the media industry won't treat Trump’s corruption scandals like those of previous presidents because it 'would make outlets appear “biased” and strain the resources of an industry that has been contracting over the past 25 years.' A sad and extremely alarming state of affairs, but at least we have you and other independent journalists shining light without fear or favor. Thank you for that.

These stories were reported at NYT. The one about Unusual Machines is here:

The story about Binance and Zhao was reported a lot.

But there’s too many stories, too fast for any of them to reach scandal status. “Flood the zone” is working

just another load of corruption in America today, brought to you by the traitor trump and his family, and rubber stamped by inaction from a group of enablers who refer to themselves as republicans.

This Nov., and in 2026...the last best chance of throwing a wrench in the attempt to completely steal everything that isn't nailed down by those entrusted with America's care. Register to vote, get everyone you know to register to vote, protect our free and fair elections, and get to the polls to stop the carnage.

Yes. And maybe some folks will take a moment to reflect on their last fanciful, ultimately disasterous vote and perhaps they'll vote for reality this time!

Did anyone REALLY think the president would shake his magic stick and then the prices of gas, groceries and other consumer goods would drop? Just like that? Their Magic-Orange-Daddy would giveth up the goodies and make America great?

Well, ask anyone. He's made America grate alright!

Grate: verb

1.

reduce (something, especially food) to small shreds by rubbing it on a grater.

"peel and roughly grate the carrots"

Similar: shred, rub into pieces, pulverize, mince, grind, granulate, crush, crumble, mash, smash, fragment, macerate, triturate

2.

make an unpleasant rasping sound.

"the hinges of the door grated"

The light just keeps on getting brighter through this darkness of chaos by Judd’s reporting! America, where is our media…did it die when bought by billionaires?

A new era for reporting…Judd is leading the way, along with Heather Cox Richardson, PBS

and others. Truth can not be silenced!

You and your team have always been on top of the corruption. A day of reckoning approaches at a snail’s pace but arrive it will. You will deserve thanks then, just as you do now.

Who hired the snail? I would like to return the snail and get a really fast horse to move the reckoning along. How about a picture of Trump in a compromising position with young girls? Would that do for MAGA? No, because now everything can be a deep fake so everything is a deep fake. Trump will reckon with the devil but we might get to see Junior and Eric squirm. But that is all we will get. The reckoning may be offstage but history will know. Because of Judd, et al. history will put Trump right next to Hitler. And those two Trump sons right next to Saddam Hussein's two criminal, horrible, rapist, and obscenely wealthy sons.

During the Vietnam war there was a device used for aircraft that needed extra lift to takeoff called a JATO. Basically a strap-on rocket.

Put some JATO's on that horse and really get him going!

"JATO is an acronym for Jet-Assisted Take-Off, a system that uses auxiliary rocketmotors to provide extra thrust for aircraft, especially when taking off with a heavy load."

The only thing that brings me a slight smile in all of this is the mundane truth that Trump, an old, gross, narcissistic, pathological liar, will die sooner than later like all of us and history will treat him like the corrupt hyena he is. Keep documenting everything worth documenting, Judd. I am not pollyannish, I am the happiest sad person on the planet, but I truly believe the arc of the universe is long and bends to justice. Of course, that doesn’t negate all the crap we have to live through now, but it does remind me that although the days are long, time is short. Remember the only way out is through and the only way through is together. Peace.

Exactly. But if we do our parts now, someone will have a good life someday. And you never know. We may just live long enough to see it.

It’s enough to make me sick most everyday. And the brazenness and arrogance with which these actions are taken suggests that Trump’s animal brain has no ability to understand norms or consequences. In other words, it’s just pure evil. He doesn’t care what people think, even those poor fools who voted for him. Hunter Biden missed a golden opportunity not to demand millions of dollars in compensation for the constant harassment he received over 4 years for his work with Burisma, a mere fraction of what Trump’s children receive everyday for attaching their name to money-making government grants and contracts. And never do their names come up for any DOJ investigations. This man has so damaged the very soul of America. He is indeed a mob boss, who believes he owns the country and can make all decisions singlehandedly. When this chapter of our life ends, and it will, we must not let all these people who trampled on the Constitution and our institutions go free. That includes all his Cabinet members, Stephen Miller, and all the Republicans in Congress, who have simply laid down and let Trump roll over them and the powers they were supposed to use as the second branch of government. We know we can’t shame them. But we sure as hell can prosecute them.

You hit the nail on the head, and all these comments are very well-stated, and I agree 100%, but how can we, who understand what is happening, break through to the 10s of millions of persistently blind Trump-worshippers? Those in control are incredibly successful at cover-up, diversion, and distraction. His support numbers never change. Those numbers have to come down dramatically in order to turn things around.
