Excellent reporting. Thank you. Always appreciate pointing out the hypocrisy.

So, if this is definitely a false representation of this company, why is it allowed to remain?

Donald Koller's avatar

Because at a certain point along the path to accumulating wealth and power, the law no longer applies. It becomes optional.

Kathy Carroll's avatar

They now say it was "a mistake."

Thank you! Sharing this info. Not because anyone in the regime will care, but we the people will.

Jean(Muriel)'s avatar

Will we Carol? Or will we all just keep writing to the choir?

Carol's avatar

Well, I did share it - maybe at least one person who cares will see it.

Jean(Muriel)'s avatar

Sorry I sounded cynical. You are doing great! Thank you Carol.

Great news, but in other words, this Administration will bankroll musk and all his projects in the fervent belief that $money$ as always, wins the prize! More bribery and corruption from this contemptible lying bunch from trump on down to his loonytic cabinet and agency heads!

In a just world, we would be hearing about Neuralink's falsification of federal forms in an attempt to qualify for racial diversity benefits way more than Zohran Mamdani's checking of a box on a college application when he was a teenager. Alas, ours is not a just world.

Excellent. “Follow The Money” are my watchwords for any billionaire on the make for yet another billion. All the rest of Trump/MAGA/Musk etc is distraction with smoke and mirrors. Today’s Goldfingers are looting the Treasury all the while claiming to be populists rooting out corruption. To think, 77M of ‘us’ bought into a kleptocracy led by a convicted fraudster.

Hi Judd, keep up your reporting, we will need every ounce of real evidence someday to prosecute these crooks. In any era prior to Don the Con's and his MAGAt Cult's Democracy Demolition Derby, this would have been a clarion call to prosecute Musk and his top officers. Sadly what is actually motivating political conversations today is the tawdry Epstein affair, which Don the Con and his DOJ prostitute are attempting to play out the clock on the semi-literate public's attention span, by pretending to order a release of the Grand Jury proceedings, a subset of the prospective full trial evidence, which by law will need to be authorized by a court. Any court worth its judicial robes has good strong precedent and reasoning against releasing these Grand Jury data. Curiously, or perhaps not, the MAGAt demand for release is because they bought into the Con Man's lies that the Epstein rape ring was inhabited by Democratic leaders, failing to understand that if that had actually been the case Pam Bondage would have seen to it that the data were leaked months ago. They appear not to grasp the obvious truth that the Con Man and his DOJ sidekick are protecting him from the publicity that would erupt if the evidence of the Con Man's complicity in the whole sordid affair. My question to the MAGAt faithful is this: If the Access Hollywood tapes from the mid 20-teens, and his well known philandering and tendency towards misogynistic commentary were OK with you all prior to voting for him. Why is this any different, and why are you thinking you are holding Democratic leaders to a higher standard of moral-sexual conduct that you hold Don the Ultimate Con?

Note that Senator Wyden of Oregon has been investigating Epstein’s financial transactions for several years. Where did Epstein get his millions? Stay tuned for more on this.

This particular report was by Caleb by the way. Credit where it's due!

Keep opening up the vault. As we are seeing, the lies and deceit, the waste and the fraud purported to be from 'immigrants and others' scamming the system, are actually mostly from the very people claiming to 'save us'. Appalling. Thank you for not shying away from the facts.

Excellent reporting PI! What have I learned?

1) No matter how pissed Trump is with Musk, all will be forgiven if there's money

2) Eventually, it will turn out that it's Biden's fault (isn't everything?).

Watch your backs!

Nothing will come of this...except more government contracts valued in the multiple billions.

Shocking but somehow not surprising. Thanks for the great reporting, Judd.

Great reporting! Thank you. Will definitely share. The more THE PEOPLE know, the more fed up they become and...the physics of inertia hopefully kicks in.

Frank Lee's avatar

Yawn. In other news, Obama will be indicted for treason soon.

Another harassment indictment. Expect one for Biden and the Clinton's.

Frank Lee's avatar

After the massive illegal power-abusing "harassment" of Trump... paying the price for that isn't harassment, it is justice.

“Conservative” would be a misnomer for you…

Frank Lee's avatar

LOL. So you think I am a liberal?

Kathy Carroll's avatar

No one thinks that. Why do you care?

Frank Lee's avatar

I really don't care.

Speaking truth upsets people unfamiliar with it from their safe space bubble. But, speaking truth at least lets them see that their views are in conflict. More importantly it helps those not captured by ideological excess to form their own objective opinions.

Musk cashing in on government contracts??? Getting money from Americans, while his buddies at DOGE and Project 2025 strip Americans of their money, services, rights, freedoms, privacy,......... I am shocked I tell you, shocked.........we would have thunk it????/

Please know that there’s a mechanism in federal procurement called a “set-aside”. For example, a small-business set-aside means that only small businesses can participate in the procurement process for a given government need — a bid response from a large business would not even be considered in that scenario. When a need has been established and starts to move through the procurement process, an interested business may choose to lobby the procurement agent to set-aside the procurement for small (or small disadvantaged, etc.) — if that interested business can provide the name(s)of at least one other potential bidder who can meet the need, that request often is granted. If Neuralink pursued that strategy in any government procurement in which it was interested, that would appear to raise the apparent fraud to a higher level.
