Your headlines for the legacy papers are ridiculous, and I don't understand their appeasement, especially when they have the same videos at their disposal. Then there are the contracted detention centers which profit from each body they “house.”
Are all of these people (who have been abducted) the worst of the worst? No. We know that is not true.
-We know that at least some of those picked up are US citizens.
-We know that some are people who have been following the rules to become citizens legally.
-We know some have government-sanctioned Temporary Protection Status. -And we know about children who have been born in the US (explain to us how children pose a threat!)
In Minnesota, Homan’s demand of county jails to cooperate “more fully” puts the focus on local Legal systems which are subject to State law and regulations.
If/when folks are finally released from detention (not jails) from completely different geographies they are left to find their own way home. No apology, no assistance provided or even offered!
Attorneys for DHS cannot handle the legal mandates of the courts (if the courts have even been notified). This administration is drowning in a mess of illegal, unconstitutional and immoral actions of its own making.
