This is disgusting but not even slightly surprising.

Thanks for this latest evidence of abuse by the corrupt Trump administration.

The corruption is not the surprising thing anymore; it's our inability to address it.

Expecting to soon hear that he has some connection with Kimberly-Clark, which just bought the Tylenol brand from Kenvue after their stock plunged. That would explain the seemingly otherwise inexplicable attack on the product by Trump and RFKJ. It's a freaking billionaire extravaganza, after which we'll be left with nothing but scorched earth if we don't stop them.

Find out who biggly-shorted Kenvue and we’ll have the answer. Not that silly things like that matter anymore.

What should be a wacko conspiracy theory seems extremely plausible under this administration.

Not only is it plausible, but we can clearly see that corporations and malfeasants alike now view using a monetary lubricant with this president as the way to achieve their own financial dreams.

At some point in the future we’ll learn, who besides Kimberly-Clark got in on this deal. As for Kenvue getting the short end of this, well they can take solace knowing they aren’t alone. They’ve been played just like the rest of us.

Now that is some good combination of words- nearly neologism and so obvious after you say it: “monetary lubricant” to assist the screwing of the American taxpayers. The thinking people are watching and waiting and figuring out the exit strategy from corruption to competence.

There's always a drive to grift by us human types. But transparent democratic "sunlight is the best disinfectant" buying practices by the Executive branch is supposed to ensure that contracts go to the most efficient vendors.

Not to those who pay millions in bribes to the Executive branch. Something our GOP friends seem to have forgotten.

The health care industrial complex is about making money for shareholders. It’s a scam that keeps getting worse for the patient/people but makes the oligarchs richer by the minute. Shame on them!

I worked at a wound care clinic for 13 years. We used Aligraf & Oasis. There were strict guidelines regarding diagnosis codes that allowed payment by Medicare & other insurers. Some people who could have benefited didn’t qualify for different reasons- wrong body part, prior treatment requirements, etc etc. Prescribers pushed the limits on what is a “diabetic foot ulcer” or a “venous leg ulcer”. Hint:?it’s not above the waist! These products, used correctly, do heal amazingly challenging wounds. They aren’t miracle products however. Medicare limited these 2 to strict guidelines. Even 20 years ago, there were many new players trying to get in. The rackets get more sophisticated & patient needs are forgotten.

So, American citizens wind up paying for that obscene ballroom indirectly? That means when trump is out of the White House, we can bulldoze it into the ground, along with the paved over rose garden, since it belongs to us anyway.

I still maintain that it's better for everyone if it never gets built. Maybe he could even be forced to return those donations.

That would be great and remains to be seen. But really, those "donations" have probably already wound up in trumps pocket.

Trump’s a sucker for the combination of donor / MAL member / “sexy “science””. Eats that stuff up like crypto flakes. Marginally to reasonably effective but hyper expensive treatments diverting attention and $$ from care. Just like Botox, Semaglutide and others. This donor is another Trojan Horse of waste, fraud and abuse.

I'm not sure Trump has the brain to comprehend science; he's a sucker for anyone who praises him and/or gives him money. End of story.

Semaglutide doesn’t belong on your list. The price needs to come down, yes, but obesity rates in America are now declining for the first time because of widespread use. Hopefully, other public health indicators will follow.
