Specifically:

1) UNREDACTED flight logs from Epstein's plane. Talking to you, AG Bondi. Why does she need to hide who his passengers were, or their destinations?

2) Support Sen. Wyden's investigation into the whopping $1.5 BILLION that moved through Epstein's accounts in the last year of his life.

3) Alex Acosta --later Trump's Sec'y of Labor--and Barry Krischer were the Federal and Florida DA's, respectively, who gave Epstein his sweetheart deal in 2008; because they'd been told he was "...owned by intelligence." Put these guys on the stand, under oath.

all this corruption needs to be outed, and very publicly at that. The survivors of those decrepit humans need and deserve justice. Period.

Hard to find a scintilla of humor in any of this but Trump’s 3 defenses - the letter doesn’t exist, if it exists it’s a fake by Biden, and if the letter is not a fake, the signature is a forgery - reminds me of a joke I heard in law school. A guy is walking past someone’s front yard when a dog comes charging out and bites him. He sues. The homeowner’s affirmative defenses: (1) the dog was on a chain and could not reach the sidewalk, (2) if there was no chain then the fence would have stopped him, (3) if the fence didn’t stop him, the dog is too old to bite, and (4) I don’t own a dog.

The MCI v att&t closing argument comparing the goat that ate the cabbage. They say their goat did not eat the cabbage as there was no cabbage. Oh there was, well it was not eaten. Oh it was eaten, well not by a goat. Oh it was a goat, well it wasn’t their goat. Oh it was their goat, well- he was insane! Wag the dog.

I have lately found myself writing crass responses to much of the information and news sources I read. I have one for this report from PI but I am tired. I am tired of being treated like the enemy, I am an American and I am a patriot. I was a high school teacher who tried to teach American history to already cynical teenagers. I tried to teach we are all equal under the law to students who laughed in my face. I taught the Bill of Rights to kids who could not understand basic civics and were in danger of being led astray (boy oh boy). And I often wondered if there was a civil war in America, who would be the two sides? I did not believe it would be a race war (hoped not). I could not imagine the two political parties so far apart on anything enough to start a war. A class war made sense but I could not see the poor/middle class coming together to fight the rich as I knew the middle class would not lift up the underclass if there was any danger of them falling into it. So now as we head toward violence, I want to know: who are the two sides? I know what "side" I am on and I know the truth about America, warts and all, but I don't understand who is the other side? I guess after all of my study and research I still do not understand, even when I am watching it, how people can fight for their rights to taken away, to be ruled not by an elected government but by the person with the biggest stick. Another civil war is not, I guess, impossible to imagine any more. God knows we have enough guns to arm ourselves.

The other side is Fox News, conservative oligarchs, NRA, big oil, Christian Nationalists, the Russian government, and the brainwashed manosphere as the foot soldiers.

That is a well armed, well financed and LOUD group. The odd duck is the Russian government but they have been so successful using our social media to infiltrate the minds of our citizens. When we are busy shutting the front door on our marginalized citizens, the Ruskies have been pouring in through the back door.

Katy, thank you for being a teacher. I am sure not all of your students laughed at what you said, but in hindsight their cynicism is understandable. Their lived experience was so different from the ideal.

Mary, the detail I left out was that the kids were kids of color. Their lived experiences was so different from mine. During the Bloomberg administration I asked every class how many of them had been stopped and searched. All the black boys raised their hands. And the sad sad sad part is they were stopped on their block on the way to school.

This is why research led to the critical race theory. The vestiges of deliberate racism in our history are still a lived experience.

Maybe now we have a new metric for determining the truth of a statement about Trump: the greater the amount demanded in a lawsuit and retraction, the more likely the truth has been spoken/published/etc., and the greater the agita about covering it up.

The best part of this whole episode is that if it hadn’t been for the Convicted Felon and his minions demanding the release of the files, thinking it was a way to “own the libs” (whatever that means), these files would’ve been lost in the dustbin of history.

The letter was from Trump to Epstein. The signature is Trump's signature. As to the letter, it is possible that Trump did not author the text on his own. (He is definitely "English-language-challenged.) As we all know he does, he has others write statements for him, then edits and approves them for publication.

Trump's attorney from years ago was Roy Cohn. Cohn taught Trump to deny, deny, deny (anything and everything)....to never admit anything.

We have a WORLD CLASS LIAR occupying our White House. Ask yourself, how did THAT happen?
