The only good thing from Trump's Presidency is I've learned so much about our laws and elections. And, Judd's newsletters have made it easier to understand.

Thanks for your analysis. So nice to read a sensible explanation of what’s going on with the flurry of BS being spread by the Trump contingent.

From the headline, I almost thought this was an article about the 4,000 current lawsuits against ‪#MangoWanker himself.

I am just curious about how the lawsuits can be financed? Do the Republicans pay out of campaign finance funds? Do the attorneys work probono? Or is it our Justice Dept filing the suits so they are taxpayer funded?

Reading FB posts by Trump supporters last night makes this absentee ballot count sound like all out voter fraud. 🙄 I don't watch Fox or Newsmax, etc ever, but combined with Trump Tweets the MAGA base is being stirred. One can almost hear the war drums pounding in some of the militia types posts.

Good view of what is really going on in the countdown. Thanks Judd!

Assuming Biden wins, we'll be able to breathe a sigh of relief. But he has to be held accountable to his modest campaign proposals at least. I'm glad these lawsuits seem to lack weight, but I don't want to be giving Joe a free pass. The country is really hurting right now.

Thanks for the clarity on the legal action. How do we refute the Republican claims about that they aren't allowed to observe or about the fraud? Who are the people counting the ballots and how does that processes work?

Aren't there other lawsuits, besides those listed above? I saw that one about Sharpies in AZ was dropped. Is there a place to find a list of all the lawsuits? Or are these all that is left (until Monday, that is!)
