Thank you for staying on top of these corporations, Judd. They offer us platitudes and empty statements while hoping that we don't notice what they are REALLY doing.

No need to have a Zoom call. Just do it. Stop supporting Republican efforts to curtail the vote.

I'm glad you're still punching away at this. You've already gotten the attention of MSM, and some corporations - now the rest need to understand just how loud your voice, and ours, can be! I will definitely be contacting corporations with which I do business to inform them that they will not keep that business unless they make it clear that they support ALL the American people and their right to vote.

It’s pretty plain to see I fear. We the people have finally been sold out to far bigger interests and we’ve helped them pave the way by electing the absolute wrong people but those were exactly the right ones needed to complete the task. Sorry America. Lady Liberty will soon jump from her pedestal and drown herself in shame.

You are right Judd, civic engagement 101, oppose legislation BEFORE lawmakers vote on it. Lip service otherwise. Supreme Court ruled money is speech with Citizens United, so if these people/corps really oppose this, start exercising your right earnestly.

The real problem here is that 75 million voters look at DJT and see a reflection of themselves and their (unfounded in reality) fears of being replaced as the sole source of power in our politics and 45, being the ardent student of the fascist Mein Kampf, is more than willing to fan these flames, so, you get what we have here, a nation on the brink of massive political division and the threat of some fashion of civil war lurking in the near background.

Those that refuse to study history are doomed to repeat it. All the worst traits of the conservative movement have surfaced like a whale from the depths and will not be easy to reverse. It's not just education, it's evangelical whites that see more people of color, and that scares the bejeezus out of them. Until their fears are quelled, by whatever means we can muster, I see little relief coming.
