Not that it would happen completely, but what if Gwen were dropped from the US team and athletes across the globe simply refused to attended or more likely adopted some form of regular visual protest response during the games a la Tommie Smith, John Carols and Peter Norman of Australia in 1968, or simply let their sponsors know what a threat had been posed to the games by tragically foolish officials in the US... There is a co-dependency between the sponsors/advertisers/networks and the athletes, whose show it really is. There are huge sums of money/power on the line here, as the "Cleveland Summit" members understood in 1967. And now as Atlanta might understand following the move of the All Star game. What if...

Yeah that's all true and you call out their lies but too many people believe them. The left is always going to be playing catch up to the right because they are willing to use tactics that the left won't use. When people like Al Franken attempt to take the high road and resign for a 30 year old photo, while pedophiles and serial drunk drivers like Matt Gaetz still go on TV regularly and have a hand in policy, we are doomed. Until the left decides to play as dirty as the right, nothing will ever change.

GOP worms it's way across the Fox air waves to the already angry mob of MAGA and Repubs all 74 million of them. Crenshaw is a hateful fellow at best all wrapped up in the flag. Cancel Culture? Cancelling Democracy for minority rule is their end game. The insurrection continues daily. Imagine the spectacle at the border when Trump soon arrives and the GOP gets to stir that pot.

It’s getting where when I read the word Republican or right wing, I stop right there because I know it will make me mad. There is no good left there and I refuse to be sucked any further into the Hell they’ve created for this country.
