It’s interesting to me that in all this there is no discussion of the PAC moneys moving to Republicans who did not promote or vote to overturn the election. What’s wrong with those guys? Other than they are a Republicans.

If you want to be moderate or promote bipartisanship, perhaps these people should be your target recipients. Or, they could suggest donations would go to those who exhibit and show proof of bipartisanship behavior.
If the purpose is to donate only to committee chairs regardless of their behavior, then the stick could be to donate to committeemen giving them power. Or, they could grow a pair and stand by their words.
