I'm guessing the kid is working on the code part time and has to take it down when making significant changes. NYT remains an excellent source, and the covid-19 sections are supposed to be outside the paywall.

Minnesota’s data is quite behind. The site is showing only 3 confirmed cases but we now have 9 as of this moment.
