Facebook has concluded there is an undisclosed financial relationship between The Daily Wire, the website founded by right-wing pundit Ben Shapiro, and Mad World News, a notorious outlet that exploits fear and bigotry for profit. This relationship, Facebook acknowledges, violates its rules.
When anyone shuts down their FB account they are taken to a multiple choice question as to why. If none of your reasons are listed, the last option is to explain in your own words. It’s a perfect opportunity to send FB a message regarding their unethical, racist, misogynistic, far right agenda of hate, misinformation and lies.
Z claimed yesterday that he’s not changing a thing due to advertisers pulling out as they will return and they don’t make that much of a dent to their bottom line as they have so many advertisers. Is it impossible to hit them harder? How can we hit them harder?
Great work as usual. It's infuriating that you brought this to their attention months ago and they did nothing. It's also painfully obvious they're operating outside of facebook's rules. Once again, the gremlin known as Mark Zuckerburg doesn't care about rules or who breaks them. He cares about money. And even though Ben Shapiro is a scummy person, he generates $$$ with his hate, so of course zuck loves him. Two peas in a pod.

Second, FB is a massive company. Your silly to think they are not exploiting all its users in one way or another. I’m quite confident they are. I personally don’t touch the platform at all. But, my main point here is this sounds as though the author is just angry the DW is able to get the message out. This drips of anger that a conservative message is gaining momentum.
I personally also believe FB is awful. Constantly fact checking to a narrative that fits its agenda. Which is why I don’t participate. But this article from the onset confirms my position. Any message out there that isn’t a “left” message has to be torn down and burned up. It’s un-American in nature and it’s sad to see the rants posted here. At its core FB is a left leaning social justice warrior. From my perspective they are just willing to make some money off the conservative message as well.
