Anyone who thought Facebook would hire a seasoned veteran from the mainstream news world has not been paying attention. Mark Zuckerberg continues to placate those in power in hopes of squashing any talks of breaking up and/or regulating his company. The "news" tab is another tipoff to Trump and Republicans that Facebook is ready, willing, and able to distribute propaganda and misinformation in the 2020 elections.
Regardless of where Elizabeth Warren finishes in the primaries, we should neither absolve Facebook of their commitment to disinformation nor should we downplay the seriousness of social media companies elevating illegitimate media outlets like Breitbart and the Daily Caller. They must be held accountable, not to mention regulated/broken up.
Zuckface ruined the World to make himself a billionaire. Recently, he obfuscated the truth from congress while sweating like a pallid grub-worm in his $10,000-suit. Worse still, many of them know his testimony wasn't "kosher," and they are just fine with that.
When I was on there I knew how to look at a source or address and know if it was legit or not. That's the mentality of what's on there including one of my grown ass children who used to call my husband or I for all political information. I don't know what happened to him. It's embarrassing.

down. And then charge Zuckerberg who claims to be an American with sedition. We have to switch out the whole administration. The head of the FCC, the orange mad man, put in that position is letting everyone get away with everything. Lake house Sinclair has taken over the local media market 73% of it.
WHAT? 'praised DeVos as "tenacious in defending the best interests of children rather than interest groups and their political patrons."' That's the dead giveaway.

Well, Zuckerberg is a guy who elbowed out Facebook’s co-creators and has never shown remorse for oiling Trump into office. A true embrace of the Right would be consistent. But let’s see what the news content brings.

I had quickly noticed the right wing leanings. I am smart once in a while. So I continue to not get my news on FB.
