Cheat. LIE. Steal. That has been the GOP MO since Nixon, really, spanning our entire lifetime.

Deceptive quoting notwithstanding, what's irritating about these mailers is that they're employing genuine concerns progressives might have about police brutality and the criminal justice system but in a cynical way. The Democratic Party is certainly not above criticism, but urging Wisconsinites and Minnesotans not to vote pragmatically in such an underhanded way goes beyond the pale.

I live in WI and I probably got this in the mail. I deal with crap like this the way I deal with all junk mail. As I walk up the driveway I stop at the recycle bin and toss all this crap in without reading it. It's 2026 and if they want to waste their money on something like this, then more power to them. Other than my absentee ballot, I can't remember the last time I got something worth opening via the USPS. I also don't watch any network TV, so I don't have to listen to their bullshit either.

Sounds like, if we want to find out more about a candidate, we need to ignore (toss) the political mailers & go right to the source.

In this case https://www.crowleyforwi.com/

Here is a good source of candidate information for most if not all US Dem’s running in 2026 midterms & provides a ‘campaign site’ for each candidate.

“Republican” and “dirty-tricks operation” have become pretty much the same thing.

Reading these lists of interconnected and interrelated phony political groups, committees and PACs, I can’t help but think of the thousands (millions?) of dollars skimmed off the top by all these political “consultants.” What a way to make a living.

Exactly. "Republican dirty tricks" - - like there's really any other kind?

JD Vance loves da dirty tricks…

Another GOP-aligned group in Wyoming sent mailers to Republican families that claimed to be from TENT, a group that supports trans people in TX, with misinformation designed to scare voters to lean in to their fear of trans boogeymen. The GOP is clearly terrified of the massive Blue wave coming on Nov 3rd!

Mailers go straight to the garage at our house. I am independent and when I read ads from both candidates I do my research. I do wonder how many citizens do that on both sides. A lot of wasted money!

Evidently there’s a market for this garbage… the dirty money continues to flood that market…

Thank you as always for your flawless sleuthing, Judd!

Great reporting Judd. It’s hard to believe that people believe these mailers, yet apparently they do. The money spent on deception supports it… keep following the money… I wish major and local media would utilize popular.info in their political reporting…

These two political operatives, Trammel and Parsons, are in the back of a long line of slobs leaving slime trails of slippery goop for all of us to step in. Or, in this case, the voters of Wisconsin. Is this the work they will be most proud of? What do they tell their children? Or is this evidence of how to raise shitty kids to be shitty adults? Follow the slimy trail!
