Thank you for helping make this a story beyond the tennis world. As an emblem of what is wrong with our society regarding putting profit over people, human rights abuses, and disregarding women's claims of sexual assault, rape, and abuse, this deserves to be amplified.

Of course the IOC doesn’t care, they probably all took cash for placing the Olympics in China to begin with. Time after time it is proven it’s all about $$$$. Thank you again for the work you do.

This issue is all about the place of women on our planet! To make this wrong a right, China would have to confront one of its very top government officials with his sexual misconduct. If you look at films and photos with 4 men sitting behind Xi, this guy, Zhang Gaoli, is second from the left. In all of these matters we care deeply about, we continue to confront the issue of POWER...remember Trump? So, is it likely that corporations, even the wonderfully supportive Panasonic in Japan, will all stand up against the power of China? I personally think it would be wonderful for all to stand up for the rights and respect of women. [I care deeply about tennis as well--still playing outside with a group of 10 since May. Naomi Osaka demonstrates courage!]

Thank you for this informative research. This is important to know. All governments try to suppress information that affects their ideal of reputation or profit interference. The citizens all over the world vastly out-number these mentally compromised leaders.

I wonder if all these companies turning a blind eye would do the same if it involved them or their loved ones. We all know the answer. It is critical to shine light on these stories.

What an impressive and diligent person you are Judd Legum. We would all want people like you out there if we had a similar experience.

Almost all cower before the all-powerful CCP. It's depressing and terrifying.

Such an important issue, and Judd, you’ve put all the elements of this ongoing and troubling case together as no one else has. The question of why this story has been reported only piecemeal (if at all) is also troubling, but it certainly does line up with previous IOC misogyny and disrespect of the very athletes IOC pretends to champion. I think #timesup for Olympics. Thank you.
