I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: There could be video of the Orange Asscactus handing the nuclear launch codes over to Putin and Republicans would STILL support him.

Last week, Lindsey Graham tweeted a FoxNews story with the headline, Trump says Schiff helped write whistleblower complaint. Graham's comment was, "It’s not right Democrats in the House helped the whistleblower prepare their complaint." So he's presenting it as fact instead of what it is, another lie. That's the GOP MO. That and accusing the opposition of your own worst trait. (Think B*sh accusing Gore of lying or Swiftboating Kerry.) Trump accusing *anyone* of corruption? Seriously? But the diehards will just lap it up, ignore the fat cats stripping Fort Knox of everything, and scream bloody murder about Biden.

Right. But he was still a Republican when he first announced his support of impeachment inquiry. IMHO, that matters. And, that exception proves how awful the GOP is. His support for a formal inquiry forced a natural Republican to walk away.

And, he will be a prime example for all the other yellow reds. There's a reasonable chance that Amash and whoever runs under the GOP label will split the vote enough to allow a Democrat to win a district they haven't held in generations.
