Seems to always be the same old song: “Screw You. I’ve Got Mine”.

Ironically our Pizza Hut closed for good after 40 years last week. Corporate is making money elsewhere I guess. We ordered Domino's for curbside on Sat. Live too far out for delivery. The worker intro'd himself and chatted away near my car window after placing order in back seat. I shoo'd him away. I was the only one in the lot. The place has in the past seemed clean.

Here. No social distance. Our county got an F on the Social distance site.

This morning the county website has 18 confirmed C-19 cases and one death.

I think always the delivery drivers have been screwed. One of my kid's friends drove for Papa John a few years back same then as now but no pandemic.

The mantra from the President to the CEO is the same. "We don't give a crap about you getting sick/dying."

Their mantra, "Show me the money and we will blame it on the Democrats and Obama."

Scary times when even pizza is culpable.

The cash element is difficult because the customer might not have access to alternative payment options. Certainly, though, these companies should be caring better for their employees. If customers have the means, meanwhile, they should be paying with cards and should be tipping and then some.
