You could simply just call them and tell them your concern. Make sure they are recording for quality assurance purposes. You could also bluff that you will canx your service...

What about Credo? They make donations every year (month?) to causes I consider worthy.

A lot of the utility comes to the employees of these companies, who can agitate internally or quit.
I’m thinking the same about Google…how in heck to avoid Googling, Google maps…they are embedded everywhere!
