Great job reporting this hysteria. Follow the money always. I wondered where all of this was coming from and now we know.

Headlines reading "Educators are resigning due to CRT," are in my news feed this morning.

Systematic dismantling of America continues. A means to an end playing on white America's fears and loathing. The GOP masterminds at work.

2022 will land with a hard thump in the election cycle, I fear.

It is good to know the names of so many organizations that use their significant funding sources to oppose academic freedom; the names, alone, often don’t communicate their bias. But I can’t help wondering whether there are liberal think tanks and publications (besides this one) that do the opposite. If not, why not? As disgusting as the anti-CRT trend is, we need to defeat it in the marketplace of ideas. We can’t silence one side just because we don’t agree with them. We just need to be louder.

Awesome awesome reporting and journalism as always! Having that list was nice I screenshotted every one of those names it's hard to remember them all these days. Used to be able to count them on both hands. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Create propaganda and then create anti-propaganda... Their usual MO.

It would be nice if they just were concerned with normal policy.

Murdoch's playbook. True devil's advocate. This is everywhere, Australia, Murdoch's main playground. Brexit is at it again. The worldwide mess. I still don't understand why we cannot charge so many with sedition and or treason. The Constitution is law, yet we do not seem to treat it as such.

Thank you Judd!

What’s the impact of the “nonprofit” tax exemptions for foundations and other organizations devoted to political advocacy?

As pernicious as this right wing money maker is and likewise all the right wing organizations are, every last one should be exposed for the stink that can be found under each of their respective names. The left has seemingly caved under the assault of the right wing deluge of propaganda. Is there no liberal big money around or is that too a pipe dream that really wants to see us revert to old world, conservative, oppressive ways of life and living? Judd, if you and Tesnim found all this out why couldn’t others likewise do the same? This is no longer funny but getting deadly serious. As for the FOXified millions in the world, I’ve personally given up on those who I know. Watching them disappear deeper and deeper into their personal rathole has been depressing. My mental health won’t be sacrificed to that way of thinking-ever. Thanks for all y’all are doing here.

Legit publications like The Hill require that an opinion writer reveal financial ties, and they don't generally act as a forum for organization/foundation goals. And usually, on something academic like this, they only publish academics. Surprised Piereson got published in WSJ--but on checking, it doesn't have guidelines apparently. This excellent report helps shut down public outlets for their "voices" though by revealing the agenda behind them. I know of other white male hedge fund operators/Trump supporters/libertarians lurking behind nonprofits working to sell their white capitalist world vision. They've got too much time on their hands because the system they created, own and control gave them way too much money.

Tom & Diane Smith lived at 15 Winding Lane in Greenwich, CT. He was always a smug prick. Diane faked everyone out, I guess, she seemed genuine.
