"You never get a second chance to make a first impression." On Sunday, Trump appeared at his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, and announced a series of executive actions he alleged would address the continued economic devastation of the coronavirus pandemic.
Smoke and mirrors. It's remarkable that MSM falls all over itself to paste our first impression with a veneer of reality as thin as the substance of anything the blob tries to pull off.
This miserable old slob doesn't have any actual plans or ideas to help. Just to 'get rid of things' like there won't be consequences for the next president and the country as a whole. Trump is so incapable of leading or keeping anything afloat. He is sinking this country like he's sunk every horrendous business venture he's ever had. We are in serious trouble.
Once again, Facebook only does the right thing when embarrassed, humiliated and backed into a corner. That company needs new leadership. And as for trump and his grandstanding of ‘coming to the country’s rescue’ with half measures and painting Congress like they can’t get anything done when it’s his party in the SENATE blocking everything! AND they have the gall to leave DC before doing their job! PATHETIC LIAR that trump is, who of us is naive enough to expect anything more?
Thanks Judd. Those news outlets promoting bald faced lies as headlines should all be fined for distributing misinformation. I wish you’d also pointed out that the PsychoInChief is essentially trying to bribe people to vote for him. Making the defunding of social security permanent only if you vote for me. So sick of the lies and the grift
Was there ever a more embarrassing time to be white in America? That group of fat millionaires jeering the press and applauding the idiot-in-chief? All of those men with their pot bellies stretched over their polo shirts - a symbol of greed in most cartoons, peacefully protesting - what?
If the word “trump” is anywhere near a headline I approach it with a jaundiced eye. The actual good bills he’s signed into law I can count on less than one hand.
Have the press been duped? Or are they simply complicit, trying not to alienate conservative readers/consumers? The Chuck Todds of the media landscape may subscribe to the notion that one seemingly constructive act means Pres. Trump has turned a corner in becoming more presidential, but the majority should know better and are therefore derelict in their duties to put these individual acts in their due context.
Thank you for exposing the lies and the MSM's complicity in spreading them.

This doesn't rise to the level of smoke and mirrors. It is a press release with bald faced lies.

USA media is nothing but Trump’s lapdogs, Soviet Union style ...
