Good. I hope he takes this legal embarrassment to his grave.

And beyond.

Satan: Welcome, Mr. President.

What is the total cost of the fine, and how much of it is interest that accrued as Trump fought this all the way up the Supreme Court?

And gentlemen, pay attention to everything Trump did, the claims she threw herself at him, protesting she wasn't his type, yada yada yada. Classic textbook rapist monster. Don't listen to other men who whine like Trump, don't dismiss or even doubt the women's stories when you see this behavior. Wonder about those men instead.

Then go find out what really happened, and, for God's sake, SUPPORT the women that were indeed assaulted. Actively, not passively. Give the rapists hell. Shame them, humiliate them. Call them out.

As for all those tricksy, crazy women that men believe are accusing innocent men of rape, they are such a teeny tiny percentage. Women know how men react to this news, the level of disbelief they will be handed, the conviction that it is ALWAYS the woman's fault, the way she dressed, what she said, how she behaved, on and on.

This is why women rarely report. Very few of them have the resources and endurance put themselves out there to suffer this kind of abuse (again), much less long enough to finally bring the rapists to justice (look at the Epstein Class). So when women do stand up for themselves, stop and watch the men. Watch their reactions.

Because you now know what rapists do when confronted, by watching Trump.

"Over 340,000 homicides went unsolved in the United States between 1965 and 2021."

Let's hope some of them were justice served by women silenced.

I have a close friend that did seven years in Attica in the 1980s for a rape conviction. He insisted he was innocent and tried to clear his record and his name. He repeatedly contacted the Innocence Project for help but was delayed for several years as the Innocence Project had many cases of innocent people still in jail. When they decided to take a look and requested the evidence the victim's undergarments had the rapist's semen on them. They proved his innocence beyond any doubt. I testified in the Civil action resulting in a seven-figure award. Trump testified under oath he never had sexual relations with E. Jean Carrol but REFUSED a DNA test. I believe he is guilty of rape.

Anyone not guilty would be cleared beyond a doubt by a DNA test in such a situation. The refusal to give DNA is protected by the Fifth Amendment for a legal conviction. The reality is Trump's refusal of his DNA requires me to conclude he is beyond a doubt a rapist.

Whether the seditious six on the Supreme Court believe the evidence of Trump’s frequent public boasts that he likes to assault women is relevant to his case against EJC, the court of public opinion, like you, believe that he is a serial rapist. The desperation that he is showing about the disclosures in the

Epstein files simply enhances that belief.

Meanwhile, as Greg Sargent of The New Republic says: “Trump constantly and explicitly holds up his naked corruption *as a badge of honor* that his supporters are supposed to thrill to (and see benefit for themselves in). He thinks corruption is the highest form of winning.”

Americans are sold the myth of “Truth, Justice and the American Way”. For those of you too young to remember Superman TV episodes that was part of the voiceover to each episode.

We refuse to believe, just like when E. Jean Carroll was assaulted and she was stunned while he physically violated her, that bad people can get away with their crimes. Well they can, they do and they will. Trump will never face his crimes and his family, his crime family will be rich because of their stealing and never be prosecuted.

The Second Circuit needs to lift its stay on the defamation case and tell the rapist to pay up. At the same time Ronnie Kaplan and E. Jean should file a new $10B defamation case based on all the lies the rapist has told since he lost the trial up to an including today. Settle for $500M and an admission by Trump that he raped not only Carroll but multiple other women.

Once again, his denials are corroboration of the account.

Finally some good news!

Thank you PI for this excellent summary. How did you research this without vomiting?

I would like to take today's story, print it out and stuff it down Twump's throat.

Maybe stuff it somewhere else?

Wow, I didn’t actually realize he had lost to her twice! Not that I want her to keep being harmed but I almost hope he keeps defaming her because she keeps whipping his ass!!

I don't. She has been through a lot. A brave woman.

Alleged incident - mid-90s. Excerpt from Memoir - 2019. Trump jumps in - Jun 2019. Carroll files Defamation suit - Nov 2019. Latest ruling - Jun 2026.

If he didn't do this, why didn't he just ignore her book and the New York Magazine article? Seems to me that he was afraid. He knew he had done it. Why did he do it? He acts on impulse; must have felt particularly horny that day. He didn't like her column and wanted to humiliate her. His pride wouldn't let him ignore the story. It would have passed virtually unnoticed, but he had to respond to it. He knew he had done it. He believes he is invincible because of his money, position, and tenacity. Perhaps, not this time. I won't believe she has won until the $5 mil moves from his account to hers. I hope that happens soon. That will really hurt him. He loves money more than anything else.

Not for nothing, but having known some players, I believe Trump when he says he did/does not know Carroll. That does not exonerate him from his actions. In fact, it might show that it is/was his normal behavior towards women. Meaning that there could be more and those victims just choose/chose to remain silent or couldn't obtain the financial backing that Carroll had. It is one thing to be a player. It is another thing to be a player who sexually abuses. Psychopathic if you will. They are called "Serial Rapists".

Got an idea for a punk rock song. Here's the chorus;

The pwesident is a piece of sh*t!

Dah dada da dada dah dada da!

(repeat until tired)

Who will ACTUALLY make him pay, though? Not just her, but for repairing/replacing so much of the damage he has done. He's created a problem globally, and he really has no money. Such a con man.
