AMERICA FIRST CORRUPTION

Shutdown: Trump freezes $18B infrastructure project in “blue”NY. But executes $20B bailout for Argentina’s right-wing Milei before midterm elections. This also saves Bessent friend Rob Citrone’s AR bond investments!

This isn’t your low-level, once-in-awhile corruption. It is constant, in the way Tammany Hall in New York and Big Bill Thompson in Chicago were.

Trump and Company think, if they crime out in the open, it won’t be considered a crime. But they underestimate those of us who are paying attention and can still think critically!

What are we going to do about it and all the shady deals being made? The rich keep getting filthy richer and the poor and middle classes suffer.

As we’re often told, especially in the circumstance that SCOTUS has given Trump immunity, is to make sure the Dems get back in power with our votes. Our anger needs to be channeled into all of us working toward that goal!

At some point, that failure could trigger a violent backlash. Those who feel they’ve been deceived are the likeliest to be out front. In France, farmers have driven their tractors into Paris to block traffic. Would be interesting see a bunch of combines ringing the White House.

Can you afford a 100% increase in your monthly health insurance premium? What about 150%? I know I can't.

If the GOP pushes their CR recission through, gutting Obamacare subsidies, combined with the $1 trillion cut to Medicaid, by this time next year, health insurance will be unaffordable for the bottom 90%.

Bessent knows he has to lie when Trump lies, and he’s a willing participant. But unlike Howard Lutnick - a very practiced and even enthusiastic liar, Scott doesn’t lie with any authenticity and always gives away what’s really happening!

Here's how I see it....

Trump gives $20B to Millei. MIllei takes a cut.

Millei uses the remainder to keep bonds solvent, giving Citrone a hefty profit.

Citrone gives Trump 50% of the profit.

Classic money laundering...

Peter, not being a greedy prick, would not take a cut. He would use the $20B for people who needed help, not for rich assholes or MAGA trolls.

I have been sharing your research on this. While the reasoning appears to some of us to clearly to benefit Citrone and Bessent, it seems to have fallen below some people’s radar. Thank you for the amazing work you do.

How is this even legal? And why would the Republican party that claims they're trying to slash the deficit approve of this? And why are the Democrats not screaming at the top of their lungs to anyone who will listen?

Is this comment about the imaginary $17 trillion Trump keeps saying he's "brought in"? Because that isn't real and hasn't happened. They did raise the debt limit by $5 trillion and started borrowing a bunch more money though. It's all in the Big Ugly Bill.

"“This trope that we are helping Americans with interests down there couldn’t be more false,” Bessent responded."

This is a ridiculous statement. Of course it helps filthy rich shits in the US, including Citrone. Stabilizing the Argentine economy stabilizes or maybe increases the value of the Argentine debt held by the stinking rich.

It also gives Citrone and the other rich dipshits time to sell their investments to some Greater Fool.

Point is every president, every congress person, every elected official has graft, retirement on their agenda. Always has been.

What surprises me is negative talk about our President- yet all were quiet during biden's term- remember the debate performance- he couldn't be a Walmart greeter, yet all the libs had no comment. So I believe you all should sit this one out and come back in 38 months. Bye

If you ask me, 'pressing' is an overstatement. He's questioning Bessent rather timidly.

Of course this should be more present in the news, and we SHOULD determine what actually a failed state is, and what the interests are that those billions are serving. It seems, pretty much the opposite of what Bessent says is true.
