Please report on how ICE treats women. I am outraged watching these big, armed men who physically abuse women by pushing them, pulling them violently from their cars and throw them around like rag dolls. We’ve all seen it and how they manhandle women who are either protesting, by-standers or monitors. I don’t know why more is not reported on that. Women’s groups should unite. Would their own mothers approve how they treat women? Also concerned about women in detention and how they are being treated.
Given Trump’s rhetoric this past week around nationalizing the election process, I think this should be getting increased attention. Early voting and the primary start soon. This along with the proposed SAVE Act are critical
I'd love to see Popular Information sound a clarion call about the true intent of the SAVE ACT, which is wending its way through Congress currently. It passed the House but has stalled in the Senate and that may be a good thing. It is designed to disenfranchise many women voters whose birth certificate name no longer matches their driver's license since they married and changed their name.
There needs to be a clarion call that informs all citizens of this attempt to disenfranchise women. I don't think even female magats will abide by this.
I wrote them on January 15th and not a peep. Maybe their AI is sleeping. FYI, this is what I wrote, it's hard to miss the customer concern and frustration isn't it? (I didn't even curse or call Leon a Nazi, so, restraint on my part).
I know you are aware that Xai aka Grok is producing thousands of nonconsensual images of you, me, anybody as nudes or other compromising photographs. If you don't know what is going on with one of the places you advertise, wake up. If you advertise on X, you are allowing Elon Musk's toxic AI to destroy lives, especially and almost exclusively, women's lives. Do you want your customers to know that you condone the nudification of CHILDREN and unsuspecting adults and that that is fine with the Wayfair companies? Until I know you publicly dropped X from your advertisements, I will get my goods elsewhere.
I believe it is imperative that we do not lose focus amid all the chaos, this is class warfare, the Epstein class vs the working class. The Epstein class has provided all the evidence we need to determine that no one should be allowed to amass wealth beyond what is necessary for multiple generations. Absolute power corrupts absolutely. If the working class refuses to rise to the moment, then we shall all be forced to comply to our new masters wishes.
For all the deserved attention on the Epstein Files, I hope that Popular Information will continue to break other critical stories on corporate greed and political corruption. I think there's enough bandwidth to hold powerful people accountable while still staying focused on the victims of their schemes.
How much Trump is looting the treasury and extorting businesses and other governments— with charts and good visuals to get people’s attention. How does he have access to spend and grift so much?
Just keep it up with the scoops. Doesn't really matter in what area exactly, as Trump2 is tragically generating an endless smorgasbord of incompetence and depravity.
It always makes me so happy to see Judd credited for scoops in the NYT and other MSM.
No one else wrote about this and I believe there is too much noise to hear the grinding of AI coming for us. How much energy is enough? I believe just patching together things I've read and heard, there is no end to the energy needed to accomplish the dehumanization of daily lives. Have you called customer service lately? Have you actually yelled at a machine whose only reply is they don't understand, let's try it again? Customer service writ large is IRS, SSA, Medicare, etc, all run by machines, oh, even the DoD... Oops, I wasn't supposed to initiate that? It's creepy and it needs to be checked.
While most attention (rightly) has been on ICE and immigration enforcement, the administration has spent nearly $12 billion in taxpayer dollars on the border wall. What is all that money being spent on and into whose pockets is it going?
I’d like to hear about the exploitation and spoilage of our national forests, wetlands, and other protected areas. It all seems to be happening so fast but I’m not seeing a lot of reporting on the topic. These are irreversible losses of precious resources.
1. A collection (in one place) of victims’ accounts of their Epstein island abuser encounters. I don’t mean that this should include recounting of the sexual horrors, rather I think the voices of these women’s stories have been somewhat diluted because we haven’t necessarily seen a comprehensive, cohesive story of their telling in one, shareable place. (Apologies if I’ve missed this already collected somewhere.)
2. An investigation into where the ice detainees have been sent. I’m seeing stories of detainees supposedly sent out of the country but when the detainees never resurface to contact their family/friends by phone or other measure to confirm safety, one is left to wonder if something even more sinister is afoot.
Hello Judd, local governments are fighting back against ICE trying to establish prisons in their jurisdictions. Please keep an eye on these stories and keep exposing the private prison industry.
Judd, what is going on in the US Treasury bond market?
I heard that Denmark dumped our debt, others are prepared to do the same and I'd like to see data on the fallout that could occur in that market if the maladministration succeeds in pissing off our "allies/partners" any more than they have!

Yes, yes, yes. This is something that may be normal in certain families, but not for the rest of us.

When I hear talk about nationalizing the election process I feel like I've just slid onto a far steeper section of a slippery slope.

Katy, on another topic, have you heard back from Wayfair? If they are on the "Do Not Use list," I want to know so I can cease my patronage.

That is concerning. Thank yopu Katy. I'm going to put my Wayfair account on hold for the time being until more info is available.

What about search and detention of US citizens going through border crossings. Is it really happening, where when and how

You are doing incredible work! I would love if you ever have info on how to take action in reaction to your stories.
Take a look at Jess Craven’s Chop Wood/Carry Water—she has pretty much daily actions for a lot of the things Judd and team write about!

I’d like two things:
Thank heavens for your reporting. Please keep on the midterms and the attempts to destroy free and fair elections.

Yes, and which companies are profiting and their ties to Trump, Miller etc.

It's usually interesting and always enlightening when you follow the money.
Prezacktly. Especially when that particular money-trail can trigger spectacular damage to our debt-fueled economy.
