I personally think that if the 2023 Republican House decides to try and put Joe Biden "on trial" as it were it could be a good thing. It would make a stark contrast between Donald Trump's cohorts and their cowardly refusal to appear when Biden answers the subpoena and the Republican panel throws asinine questions at him that he calmly responds to with actual answers. On the other hand Hillary Clinton wasn't exactly helped by the Benghazi hearings she sat for, but she was already viewed as corrupt by that point, and nobody really believes the same about Biden.

Could be. I just wish more people cared about facts and truthfulness. Or that those who do would be noisier than the conspiracy-minded folks. Unfortunately and unfairly, Hillary had a target on her back from day one. Their willingness to attack her and the unwillingness of some voters (even some I know) to vote for a woman for president landed us in this... is hell too strong a word?

I disagree. And I wish no one would refer to a '2023 House' as if it is a given. It is NOT.

My intention wasn't to claim the House in 2023 would definitely be controlled by Republicans, only to say what I think would happen if the 2023 House was Republican. I do believe the trends suggest a red wave this November, namely an American public pissed off that gas costs too much, but I know nothing is certain.
