The Lincoln Project is apparently going to be doing a series of ads about the clients of Jones Day and the other lawsuit-filing firms. Good. Expose these bastards.

Damn the 1%. Bezos is playing both sides of the field as usual.

The corporate world keeps their tax rate low if Biden doesn't get in the WH.

And we the people get screwed.

I read the NYT article yesterday. My take away.

Just another group of lawyers doing what they always do for Trump. But some said with anonymity they did not want to represent these lawsuits. The reason? Not Truth, Justice and the American Way, but because Trump may not pay them.

Make your contributions today to the two Democratic candidates in GA.

Corporations and foreign leaders need to start pressuring Republicans to formerly accept the election results. It's not just democracy that is at risk and the repercussions would be felt across the global economy and throughout foreign relations.

Judd and Tesnim; you are both incredible at what you do. Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart for exposing these massive hypocrites for what they truly are. It's amazing how a company or in this case Jeff Bezos, can say all of the right things publicly when the lights are on, but as soon as they get behind closed doors they reverse course and do the opposite. Incredible work per usual and keep it up!

Jones Day's statement is the most lawyer-ish word salad ever.

"Jones Day is not representing President Trump, his campaign, or any affiliated party in any litigation alleging voter fraud. Jones Day also is not representing any entity in any litigation challenging or contesting the results of the 2020 general election. Media reports to the contrary are false."

This is an admission that there is NOT EVIDENCE of fraud. If it existed, Jones Day WOULD have alleged it in the lawsuits it filed. Also, the idea that this litigation isn't a "challenge" to the "results" of the election is farcical. Sure, those exact words do not appear on any of the filed pleadings, and the requested relief is to NOT count ballots (as opposed to specifically overturning results), but we all damn well know and can see that the INTENT is to change the outcome of the election. I mean, why the hell else are you filing these lawsuits? (Besides the obvious billable hours.) The firm may as well have ended this PR with "FAKE NEWS!" It's basically a polished Trump tweet, and if they believed in the honesty or integrity of the work, they would have said NOTHING to the media.
